Journal of Urban Management


Manuscripts should be double spaced and prepared in 12 point Times New Roman font.  A cover page including the title and author information is required.  The main body of the manuscript should include a 300-word abstract and fewer than five keywords.  The manuscript should contain 5000 to 8000 words with no more than 30 focused references.  Any Chinese translation should follow the pinyin Romanization system.  Notes and references should be placed at the end of the manuscript, following the author-date reference system of which two examples are given below:


Smith, J. Q. 1986. Urban turmoil: The politics of hope.  New City: Polis.


Wise, P. 1987. Money today: Two cents for a dollar. No Profit Rev. 2:123-42.


All references listed should be cited in the main body of the manuscript as (Smith, 1986) and (Wise, 1987).  Authors are encouraged to consult Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary and The Chicago Manual of Style for spellings and style.


Submit your manuscript to in the Word (97-2003) format (as a “.doc” file).  The inaugural issue is planned for publication by the end of 2010.
